No tracking or advertising cookies
The public pages of this website set no cookies — not for analytics, not for advertising, not for anything else. The only cookie anywhere on the site is a sign-in cookie inside the client portal, and it only exists if you open the portal's pages. There is no consent banner because nothing here is optional: everything listed below is needed for a feature you chose to use.
What we store, and why
If you switch the site between its day and night appearance, we save that choice in your browser's local storage so the site looks the same next time you visit. If you are a client and use the portal, one cookie keeps you signed in.

The theme preference is a functional choice you set yourself by clicking the day/night control. It holds no identifier, it never leaves your device, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is not used to track you.
The portal cookie holds a random session number and nothing else. It is marked so that page scripts cannot read it, it only travels over an encrypted connection, and it is never sent to the public pages of the site or to any other website. It is strictly necessary for signing in, which you ask for by using the portal.
Under the ePrivacy rules and the Australian Privacy Act, storage that is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for does not require prior consent.
You can remove them
Clearing site data for this website in your browser settings removes both. The public site keeps working normally; it just forgets your appearance preference. If you block cookies for this site, the client portal cannot keep you signed in.
No third-party content
Fonts, icons and the animation libraries this site uses are served from this website itself, not from an outside content network. That means loading a page here does not tell Google, Cloudflare, jsDelivr or anyone else that you visited. There are no embedded videos, maps, social feeds, chat widgets or advertising tags anywhere on the site.
If this changes
If analytics or any third-party embed is ever added, this page will be updated and a proper consent banner will be added before anything non-essential is loaded.
